Ted LetfordI have been raised on a farm in rural Waikato. I obtained a Bachelor of Science (majoring in EarthScience) from Waikato University followed by a Bachelor of Surveying from Otago University. After working in a local land surveying firm, I decided to start my own business in Hamilton in 2002. I wanted the business to remain small so that I could be involved in every job with a focus on customer satisfaction and with good timeframes for completion of projects. |

Kathryn LetfordI obtained a Bachelor of Science from Waikato University followed by a post graduate Diploma in Environmental Heath Science. I worked at the Waikato District Council as an Environmental Health Officer for five years before starting a family. Ted and I together started up Align Surveyors with the aim to achieve a good balance between working and spending time with our young family. |
